EverPresence explores Gryst's fascination with the philosophy and science of the nature of reality.

Using tide-like arpeggios and lush sweeping pads generated by modular synthesizers, Gryst expounds his own theory of 'EverPresence', which is rooted in the work of physicists such as Carlo Rovelli, and suggests that 'past' and 'future' are merely concepts developed by the human species as necessary delusions engineered by evolutionary survival and perpetrated via cognition as entropic memory.

Instead, Gryst asserts that the present moment is ever-expanding and born out of, and mirroring, the physical expansion of the universe, from its point of origin, in different dimensions and unlike Newtonian and Einsteinium models of the universe, past, present and future are similar to the three dimensions of the physical universe: length, width and height and therefore are expressed as temporal properties not absolutes.

The result is a dream-like tapestry that dances and whorls on the edge of consciousness and is tracked by the listener's experiential and sensorial interpretation.
